Fit Comb Dimensions to the Unit Pack
Typical comb length begins at 90 mm, or custom compact dimensions can be reviewed for the selected pack and kit.

Mark length, width and thickness rather than relying on the general term “travel size”. - Tooth layout
Define the usable tooth area and whether fine, wide or mixed zones are required. - Pack-fit check
Confirm the sample inside the unit pack and record the resulting kit position and carton count.
Coordinate Comb and Pack Color
The comb and printed pack are different surfaces, so one color code does not guarantee that they will look identical.
